Light A Love Candle Contest

‘Tis the week before Christmas and Hanukkah looms…

I did a bang up job this week with that balance thing I’ve been yammering on about lately. I baked 29 fruitcakes, 3 batches of party mix, a zillion mexican wedding cakes and a quadruple batch of salted caramels. I braided hair, painted toe nails, did puzzles, played Candyland and, yes, had enough sex to make me feel like myself again. Soooooo…

In the spirit of celebration, I’m giving away a candle! Something a lot like this candle:

A slightly used, thoroughly enjoyed massage candle.

…but I’ll have to discuss scents with the winner and check inventory at the porn shop before I make any firm flavor promises. This splendid candle will be featured on my Top Ten of 2011 list next week, and I personally stand behind its fun-ness. It’s titillating and relaxing, soothing and arousing, a scented party in a tin, and best of all, it comes with its own teeny-tiny spoon!

Enter to win by leaving a comment below. Tell me your favorite holiday memory or drink. Suggest a book I need to read or a position you’d like to see featured in the Come Again series. Share something or ask a question. Say Anything….Ā  ‘cuz that’s my era, baby.

Contest will be open through next Saturday night. International entries welcomed. Please leave your e-mail address below, separated by a few extra spaces to fool the kaspammers, so I can contact you if you win.

Ho, ho, ho! Happy Hanukkah! Happy everything! Happy! XOXO!

  1. My favorite holiday memory is of listening to my grandfather read the story of the first Christmas from his bible each year at Christmas eve.

I LOVE the Come Again series! When will a new book be released? Not that I am trying to rush you but I can’t wait to read a new story!

Hope you have a very great holiday season!

    1. June, thank you for reminding me that my father used to read the Christmas story to us every year, too. I haven’t thought of that in ages! He’d get all dressed up like Bob Cratchit, with his scarf and stovepipe hat… I wonder if he still does.
And THANK YOU for loving the Come Again series! I submitted Crystal’s story to my editor a few weeks ago… Let’s both hope she loves it! Meanwhile, I’m working on my superhero smut. It didn’t make it into the Samhain superhero anthology, but with a little revision, I think I’ve got a shot at another series. Don’t worry, I won’t abandon the Come Again girls.
      Happy holidays!

  2. Hummmm… I am learning that up North (which is considered The South – but it is not cuz I am from THE SOUTH… anyway)…. there is this local vineyard… And I am loving up this wine called Ice Queen! It is simply delicious!!!!

But my favorite holiday memory… Well, I just moved from my home state of 36 years and this is the first year I will be with a new family… So, we are making new memories! We are planning to go up north a little to see Snow (which i have not seen “real” snow) the day after Christmas!!!

So here is to new memories!!!!
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  3. Hugs to you, Miranda!! It’s been a hectic few months for us, and the last couple days we’ve thankfully mostly been holed up at home just hanging out and reading and being together–my favorite part of the holidays is just being with family and friends, and eating homemade holiday treats (um, preferably made by others, but I can do it myself if I must ;)) There’s been precious little reading and/or bonking, but hopefully we’ll fix that over the next week or two also šŸ˜€

Wishing you and yours a joyful time of celebrating and a blessed 2012, Miranda!
