My head is still spinning from the IASPR conference and RWA11. Trust me, I will do plenty of posting about my experiences in NYC. It was awesome. But not today. I just dealt with 500 e-mails, no joke. I also wrote 1K while drinking my coffee this morning. Now I am deeply involved in backing up everything on my computer because it’s been breathing heavy for months, and I fear for my docs and recipes! It would suck to lose my hard drive…

Gelato, snowcones and slushies – Oh, my! I should have gone out for ice cream tonight, but I ate a cookie instead. A large cookie. It didn’t hit the spot.

My favorite summer drink is Grey Goose and Pineapple juice. It’s a little sweet and you don’t taste the vodka at all. Which can get you in trouble.

Love this frozen slushie drink called Sneaky Pete…vodka, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, sugar, scoop into a glass and top with 7up…so so tasty! Made two huge batches of it for my book release party last summer and it was gone in like 2 hours. Not just me…my guests too. 🙂

Totally lame but here it goes. My favorite summer treat….SoBe Lifewater — The 0 calorie one. OMG I am totally addicted. Put them in the freezer for just the right amount of time and its a little slushy! Yummy!
